I thought the exercise was a tremendous way to release past attachments. I was not prepared, however, for the next step.
THE POWER OF NEXT
Next is possibility. Next is hope. Next is new beginnings. Next is sewn into the very fabric of forward motion. What are my next steps? What’s the next chapter for me?
THE GIFT
Thirty years ago, I was given a gift that truly changed the trajectory of my life in ways I could not have imagined. That gift was Reiki.
STRETCHING FOR HEALTH
I felt stuck in a rut, but I was inspired to make a change. My body needed more love, attention, and activity. There were too many aches and pains.
COMMUNITY
May we be like buds. Even though the buds are separated on the branch by proximity, or even on different branches, they all share the same goal, to create new life.
MY VALENTINE’S MESSAGE TO MY HEART
For all those situations that took a piece of your heart, I now fill those holes with love. Thank you for being a part of me.
PIVOT
Going within to determine what’s working in my life (and what isn’t), changing gears (pivoting), and making new plans and goals (more pivoting) then stopping on a dime.

I was at a crossroads in life. I had an idea of being a writer but I had a full time job, housing expenses, bills and a whole lot of self-doubt. It was time to make a decision.
INSPIRATION
Call it the spark. Can it the flash. Creative inspiration! Inspiration can hit at any time, at any place, and for no apparent reason. The key is paying attention.
